Old Lexington Audio

Old Lexington Audio in Winston-Salem specializes in the repair, service, and restoration of vintage and newer electronics, including guitar amps and other musical instrument amplifiers — tube or solid state. Owner Bob Gilgunn brings a deep electronics background, having started as a consumer-electronics apprentice in 1973 before founding the shop in 2020.

Beyond amps, the shop services a wide range of audio gear, from home and professional audio to vintage stereo equipment, and can even fabricate new bumpers and feet for vintage pieces. If you have an unusual problem or an older amp that needs expert attention, Old Lexington Audio is set up to tackle it.
