Audiotech Services

Audiotech Services repairs and restores vintage tube amplifiers, studio gear and classic audiophile equipment from a bench inside Arts at the Armory in Somerville. Founder Jack Donahue has more than 40 years of audio bench experience, and the shop uses Mercury Magnetics transformers and Sprague capacitors.

The rate is $75 an hour in quarter-hour steps, with a $50 cash minimum bench fee paid at drop-off. Audiotech Services takes cash only, and basic repairs usually take about two weeks. Work is by appointment, so call 617-254-1600 before coming to 191 Highland Ave, Suite B7.
