As founder of J.R. Customs, Reynolds brings technical precision and hands-on expertise to every guitar repair, custom build, and upgrade that comes through his Willis shop.

Beyond standard setups and fretwork, Reynolds specializes in custom guitar builds tailored to individual players’ needs and visions. His background as lead guitarist for Massacre in Tranquility gives him real-world insight into what working musicians demand from their instruments.
