Owner and master luthier Jerry Bizon brings nearly 35 years of expertise to every guitar repair, having trained under renowned builder Jon Hill before spending years as a sought-after guitar tech for famous touring artists. His experience as chief product technician at MusicMan and current artist technician for Fender, Gretsch, EVH, Charvel and Jackson Guitars ensures professional-grade service for every instrument.

As a Gibson Authorized Service Center, the shop provides factory-certified warranty service alongside comprehensive repair offerings including guitar setup, fretwork, refrets, electronics repair, and custom modifications for both acoustic and electric guitars. The facility also houses a full-service amp repair department staffed by dedicated technicians experienced with tube and solid state amplifiers. Jerry’s parallel venture as owner and builder of Luxxtone Guitars, a boutique custom guitar brand, demonstrates the highest level of lutherie craftsmanship available to customers. The shop maintains extensive inventory of replacement parts, pickups and tubes to minimize turnaround times. Stringed Instrument Services operates by appointment only due to high demand.
