FS Guitar Repair has been serving the NYC music community since 2011, operating out of a Greenpoint Brooklyn workshop where expert luthier Farhad Soheili and his team handle everything from basic setups to complex restorations. Soheili began modifying guitars as a teenager in Los Angeles before moving to New York and honing his craft at Manhattan’s Ludlow Guitars, where he developed his precision-focused approach to guitar repair in a high-volume professional environment.

The shop specializes in vintage guitar work, with particular expertise in classic Fender and Gibson models, alongside comprehensive services including fretwork, electronics, structural repairs, and custom modifications. FS Guitar Repair has also built a reputation for custom boutique guitar builds under the FSC Instruments brand, designing and manufacturing high-end vintage-inspired instruments that have been featured in SPIN Magazine and played on stages like SNL.

Beyond their custom builds, the shop maintains a strong focus on repair services for musicians at all levels, from touring professionals to first-time owners. The team also offers tube amplifier repair and guitar maintenance classes. All work comes with a 45-day adjustment warranty, backed by over two decades of professional shop experience.
