Blom Guitars has been serving the Nashville area since 1995 from its shop just outside Fairview, Tennessee. Owner and luthier Dan Blom brings over 30 years of experience to every instrument that comes through his door, having trained at Minnesota State College ‚ì Southeast Technical with degrees in both Guitar Repair, Design & Construction and Violin Family Instrument Repair.

Dan honed his craft during five years at the legendary Gruhn Guitars repair shop, where he rose to shop foreman, followed by three years at Glaser Instruments. This foundation in Nashville’s premier repair shops gave him extensive experience with everything from basic guitar setups to complex vintage guitar restorations. As an authorized Martin Guitar Warranty Center, Blom Guitars handles a full range of repairs on acoustic and electric guitars, mandolins, and dulcimers.

The shop also specializes in custom boutique guitar builds and handmade dulcimers.
