Hollywood Guitar Shop in Hollywood, Florida is owned and operated by Andy Green, a guitar technician and repair specialist with decades of hands-on experience dating back to the early 1980s. Andy got his start at a vintage guitar shop in New York City, eventually becoming the go-to effects and guitar repair guy in Manhattan’s Village neighborhood throughout the 1990s. He later ran the amp and effects shop at Rudy’s Music Stop, building full rack systems for touring artists and working with an all-pro clientele. That deep background in amplifier repair, guitar electronics, and instrument repair carried into his own shop, which has been a fixture in South Florida since 2010. Hollywood Guitar Shop handles guitar repair and instrument repair for national touring bands based in the area, as well as doing repair work for Broward County schools and local music stores. Andy also designs and manufactures his own Seaverb Reverb pedal line, which has earned strong reviews since its 2013 launch.
