Tom’s guitar journey began at age 12, progressing from self-taught player to skilled guitar tech capable of professional fretwork, setups, and complete instrument repair.

The shop’s unique mobile repair service brings professional guitar maintenance directly to customers’ homes or studios, with Tom working from a fully-equipped converted ambulance.
