Joel honed his craft through 11 years at Taylor, advancing from final assembly to head repairman in the custom shop. Joining them is Hunter Allen, who spent three decades as a head repairman at Nashville’s renowned Glasers Instruments, servicing guitars for Willie Nelson, Keith Urban, and Joe Bonamassa.

As a Fender Authorized Repair Center, Seven C Music also provides warranty service for Taylor, Martin, Collings, Guild, and other premium brands. Their comprehensive services include professional setups, fretwork ranging from dressing to complete refrets with stainless steel or evo gold, pickup installations, electronics repair, structural work including neck resets, and finish restoration using techniques from nitrocellulose lacquer to modern polyester.
